Delivery

Orders placed before 12 noon, Monday–Friday are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this, or on weekends/bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

Delays, Loss or Damage

If your order is delayed, lost or damaged, please check your tracking first, then contact us at hello@janeagels.co.uk. Janea Gels will liaise with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items returned in their original condition.

For hygiene and product safety reasons, opened, used, contaminated, or non-resalable products are not eligible for change of mind returns.

If you believe a product is faulty, incorrect, damaged, or not performing as expected, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and supporting evidence where applicable. All fault claims are subject to review and physical inspection before any refund or replacement is approved.

Professional Support

Prepare the natural nail. If required, apply Janea dehydrator and/or primer based on nail condition.

Apply a thin, even layer to create a strong, reinforcing base. Avoid over-application, as excess product may affect clarity, curing and durability.

Cure for 60 seconds in a Janea LED lamp or equivalent 36W LED lamp or higher. For additional strength, apply a second layer to build structure and apex, curing for 90 seconds using low heat mode.

Finish with colour and top coat. For best results, use within the complete Janea professional system.

Product Ingredients

WARNINGS: Keep out of reach of children. Avoid skin and eye contact. May cause skin irritation and an allergic reaction. Causes serious eye irritation. Use in a well-ventilated area. If skin irritation or rash occurs, discontinue use and seek medical advice. If in eyes, rinse cautiously with water for several minutes and seek medical advice if irritation persists. Do not swallow. Store tightly closed, at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.
