Orders placed before 12 noon, Monday–Friday are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this, or on weekends/bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

Delays, Loss or Damage

If your order is delayed, lost or damaged, please check your tracking first, then contact us at hello@janeagels.co.uk. Janea Gels will liaise with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items returned in their original condition.

For hygiene and product safety reasons, opened, used, contaminated, or non-resalable products are not eligible for change of mind returns.

If you believe a product is faulty, incorrect, damaged, or not performing as expected, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and supporting evidence where applicable. All fault claims are subject to review and physical inspection before any refund or replacement is approved.

Please contact us before returning any products. Unauthorised returns may result in delays or rejection of the claim.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change of mind returns. Approved fault claims may qualify for a prepaid return shipping label.
