Delays, Loss or Damage

If your order is delayed, lost or damaged, please check your tracking first, then contact us at hello@janeagels.co.uk. Janea Gels will liaise with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items returned in their original condition.

For hygiene and product safety reasons, opened, used, contaminated, or non-resalable products are not eligible for change of mind returns.

If you believe a product is faulty, incorrect, damaged, or not performing as expected, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and supporting evidence where applicable. All fault claims are subject to review and physical inspection before any refund or replacement is approved.

Note: Each pot contains 1g of product. The pot capacity is 2g, so the product level may appear low. Chrome applicator is not included.

Professional Support

Apply chrome pigment over a fully cured no-wipe top coat using an appropriate applicator. Burnish evenly into the surface until the desired effect is achieved. Remove excess pigment before sealing.

Finish with a top coat to protect the effect and enhance durability. For best results, use within the complete Janea professional system.

Product Ingredients

WARNINGS: Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Do not inhale dust. Use only in a well-ventilated area. Do not ingest. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. If skin irritation occurs, wash with soap and water. If inhaled, move to fresh air.
