Delays, Loss or Damage

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items returned in their original condition.
For hygiene and product safety reasons, opened, used, contaminated, or non-resalable products are not eligible for change of mind returns.
If you believe a product is faulty, incorrect, damaged, or not performing as expected, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and supporting evidence where applicable. All fault claims are subject to review and physical inspection before any refund or replacement is approved.
