Delays, Loss or Damage

If your order is delayed, lost or damaged, please check your tracking first, then contact us at hello@janeagels.co.uk. Janea Gels will liaise with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items returned in their original condition.

For hygiene and product safety reasons, opened, used, contaminated, or non-resalable products are not eligible for change of mind returns.

If you believe a product is faulty, incorrect, damaged, or not performing as expected, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and supporting evidence where applicable. All fault claims are subject to review and physical inspection before any refund or replacement is approved.

Professional Support

Prepare the natural nail according to standard professional procedure.

Apply a thin layer to the natural nail and allow to air dry completely, forming a controlled bonding layer. Use sparingly, as excess product may affect performance.

Avoid skin contact. Follow with a base coat. For best results, use within the complete Janea professional system.
