Delivery

Orders placed before 12 noon, Monday–Friday are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this, or on weekends/bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

Delays, Loss or Damage

If your order is delayed, lost or damaged, please check your tracking first, then contact us at hello@janeagels.co.uk. Janea Gels will liaise with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items returned in their original condition.

For hygiene and product safety reasons, opened, used, contaminated, or non-resalable products are not eligible for change of mind returns.

If you believe a product is faulty, incorrect, damaged, or not performing as expected, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and supporting evidence where applicable. All fault claims are subject to review and physical inspection before any refund or replacement is approved.

Professional Support

Prepare the natural nail according to standard professional procedure.

Apply a thin layer of PediForm Gel to the natural nail and cure for 60 seconds in a Janea LED lamp or equivalent 36W LED lamp or higher. Apply a second layer to reconstruct, reinforce or correct the nail shape as required. Avoid over-application, as excess product may affect curing, refinement and durability.

Cure for 90 seconds using low heat mode. Refine if required.

Finish with colour and/or top coat if desired.

Maintenance should be performed by thinning and rebalancing the product. File-off removal only.
